How can I contact Luxury Cartel?

Our Customer Support team is here for you 7 days a week. Our normal business hours are from 9am-3am GST Monday through Sunday. We try to reply to all customer inquiries within 24 hours. You are free to contact us in person in one of our stores during our opening hours.

Delivery

For all orders and processing times range from 1 to 3 business days before an order ships. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• All orders delivered to the UAE and internationally will be shipped via DHL adn other Local Delivery Services.
• Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders may take 1-3 business days to ship (within UAE). All stock listed online are on hand.
• With every order you will receive a notification email when we ship out your order. In that email you will find a tracking link, so you can be up-to-date about your order.
• All items you see online are available on hand and shipped from one of our store locations.
• We ship worldwide and shipping may take up to 10-15 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for custom duties relevant to your country.

Cancellations

Our fulfillment process begins immediately after your order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard Refund Policy.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable, Luxury Cartel reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time. We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.
