1. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order will be delivered within 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes 1–2 days of handling and 3–7 days of transit time.

2. What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 04:00 PM (GMT+04:00, Dubai time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

3. Do you ship outside the UAE?

Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

4. How much does shipping cost?

• Orders above AED 800: Free shipping.
  
• Orders under AED 800: Flat shipping fee of AED 15.
  

5. Which courier services do you use for delivery?

6. How can I track my order?

7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier disruptions or high shipping volumes. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact our support team for assistance.

9. What happens if my package is lost?

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

• Double-check your delivery address.
  
• Ask neighbors or family if they received it.
  
• Contact the courier with your tracking number.
  

If the package is officially declared lost, we will reship your order or issue a refund.

10. Do you ship during weekends or public holidays?

Our shipping and handling are processed Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
