Luxury Cartel sells all items with a 100% authentic guarantee. We have extensive experience in legit checking Yeezys, Supreme, Air Jordans and many other streetwear brands via our authentication process to ensure that Luxury Cartel only offers authentic items to it's customers.

For items/sizes that are currently out of stock, please click and submit your contact details and request on our Sourcing Request page under Info. Once we restock the requested item/size, you will automatically receive a notification via email.


We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay), Apple Pay, Paypal, Tabby, Cash on Delivery (Within UAE only).


Coupon codes can be redeemed on the Checkout Page. If the coupon code is valid, your order summary will change to reflect the applied discount.


Unfortunately we only accept orders through our website, due to the nature of our business.


Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. If your order has not shipped please contact our Customer Support team and they will do their best to accomodate your request.


Once you order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to size, color, or model.


SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders may take 1-3 business days to ship (within UAE). All stock listed online are on hand.


With every order you will receive a notification email when we ship out your order. In that email you will find a tracking link, so you can be up-to-date about your order.


All items you see online are available on hand and shipped from one of our store locations.


Yes, we ship worldwide and shipping may take up to 10-15 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for custom duties relevant to your country.


  • All items must be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
  • We do not issue cash and credit card refunds.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note that if you remove authenticity tags or stickers, the item will not comply with our exchange policy and will not be accepted.
  • To exchange an item, you can visit our store or you can send it back to us using your preferred courier. Please note that we will not cover any shipping fees for exchange requests.
  • Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot exchanged.
  • For international orders, all orders are final. In an unlikely event if the shipment you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at

If, for any reason, you’re not pleased with your purchase, you have 3 days from the delivery date of your order to submit a return request. Item(s) must be shipped back to Luxury Cartel within 7 days of an approved request.

All returned items must adhere to our return policy for a refund to be processed:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received.
  • Authenticity tags on footwear must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
  • Footwear must be returned in the original box provided, and packaged inside a protective shipping box.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date, and item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of an approved request.
  • Items that do not comply or are sent outside of this window are subject to refusal and may sent back to you.

Our fulfillment process begins immediately after we receive your order placement, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

If an item becomes unavailable, Luxury Cartel reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time. We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.


SIZING

We suggest referring to the take a look onto our size guide for comprehensive sizing info. Or simply visit us in one of our store to try before you buy!


Yeezy sizing is different to other sneakers. We generally say to go 0.5 size up as it's a very narrow and flat shoe. However this may vary depending on the person whether they like a tighter/looser fit or if they have a narrow/wide foot, as well as the model of Yeezy you're wishing to purchase. Our best recommendation is that you come in to one of our store and try a pair on yourself so you can get the perfect size as we don't do any refunds or exchange for incorrect size.
